WHOSE TURN IS IT?

Can the space be privatized for a professional photo shoot or film shoot?

Yes—and that is even the very principle behind the KONEO professional offer.

We offer slots dedicated exclusively to professionals, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

During these time slots:

The space is entirely reserved for your team.
you are free to use the sets as you wish,
you benefit from optimal conditions (silence, light control, no audience).

Ideal for productions that require stability, confidentiality, or a controlled environment.

What equipment is available on site for professional shoots, and can we bring our own?

On site, you will find:

ambient lighting integrated into the decor;
some extra lights;
practical supports and decorative accessories;
spaces that can be adapted to suit the needs of the shoot.

But above all: yes, you can bring your own equipment without restriction.

Cameras, camera bodies, LED panels, tripods, microphones, boom poles, giraffe stands, stabilizers... your technical team can bring everything they need.

We regularly host productions with:

their own director of photography,
their chief operator,
their sound engineer,
their complete set of lights.

Our team will assist you with the installation or optimization of spaces as needed.

Do you offer additional services for professional productions?

Yes, several options are available to facilitate your filming or photo shoot:

🎤 Dressing room / dedicated space

A quiet space for makeup, hairstyling, styling, or talent preparation.

📸 Professional photographer

If you don't have your own team, we can put you in touch with our partner photographers.

🎬 Videographer

For light productions or social media formats, we collaborate with videographers who are skilled in framing, lighting, and simple editing.

These services are optional and must be specified at the time of booking.

Can we come and check out the venue before booking?

Yes, of course.

A site visit is highly recommended in order to visualize volumes, anticipate angles, prepare your shooting plan, or validate technical feasibility.

Simply contact us to arrange a time slot—we will welcome you and give you a tour of the entire course.

Is the location easily accessible for technical teams and equipment transport?

Yes, access is easy for crews and productions that transport a lot of equipment.

📦 Unloading dock

For teams arriving with bulky equipment (lights, flight cases, large tripods, etc.), it is possible to use the unloading dock, provided you notify us in advance so that we can reserve it.
