These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter the “GTC,” govern the services offered under the KONEO Paris brand, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €2,530.80, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 936 456 463, with its principal place of business located at 73 rue de Romainville, 93100 Montreuil, hereinafter referred to as “KONEO” or the “Service Provider .”

These Terms and Conditions apply to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” who books, purchases, or uses a service offered by KONEO on the website https://koneo-studio.fr, through the Bookeo booking platform, based on a quote, or directly at KONEO’s offices.
KONEO offers, among other things:
- Access to the Selfie Studio by reservation;
- access to self-service Korean photo booths;
- The rental of its spaces and decor for events, photo shoots, film shoots, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, gender reveals, marriage proposals, or other services provided based on a quote.
Any reservation, order, or use of a service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A Customer making a reservation for a group agrees to inform the other participants of these terms and conditions and is responsible for ensuring that the entire group complies with them.

Korean photo booths — photo booths accessible without reservation, freely available depending on availability.

Privatizations & events — photo shoots, film shoots, private events on estimate, with tailored services.
The details of each offer (duration, number of participants, terms and conditions) are specified at the time of booking or quotation.

Reservations for the Selfie Studio can be made via the Reservation page on our website.

For private services (photo shoots, film shoots, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.), a quote will be provided after you contact us (via our contact form or by phone). The reservation will be confirmed after you accept the quote and pay a deposit (if required).

No reservation is required for the photo booths.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information (identity, contact details, number of participants, etc.) when making a reservation or requesting a quote.

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

Payment is made online or on site according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

For services provided on a quote basis, the balance is paid according to the agreed terms.

In the event of non-payment within the agreed time frame, the reservation or event may be canceled without refund.

The services offered by Selfie Studio and the event services provided by KONEO are recreational activities offered on a specific date or during a specific period.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days for these services.
This lack of a right of withdrawal does not deprive the Customer of the contractual options for cancellation or modification provided for in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Access, liability, and security

Access to KONEO’s facilities is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the instructions provided by the staff, and the rules and regulations posted on the premises or communicated to the Customer.
The Customer making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of the members of their group and agrees to inform them of the applicable rules.
In particular, the Client and the participants must:
- Treat the premises, sets, props, and equipment with respect;
- use the facilities for their intended purpose;
- respect other customers and staff;
- Refrain from engaging in behavior that is dangerous, violent, insulting, or likely to disrupt the operation of the facility;
- Follow the guidelines regarding permitted items, beverages, food, and equipment;
- Do not move items marked as fixed or non-manipulable.
KONEO may deny or suspend access to any person whose behavior compromises safety, damages equipment, disturbs other visitors, or fails to comply with the rules.
If this exclusion is justified by the conduct of the Customer or a member of the Customer’s group, no refund will be issued.
Since the photo booths are self-service, users must follow the posted instructions. The Customer is liable for any damage resulting from negligence, improper use, or failure to follow the instructions.
The Customer is liable for any damage caused by the Customer or members of the Customer’s group to the premises, sets, props, photo booths, and other equipment. KONEO may request reimbursement for the corresponding cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
Minors remain under the supervision and responsibility of the adult accompanying them.
Personal belongings remain under the Customer’s supervision. KONEO cannot be held liable for their loss, theft, or damage, except when the damage results directly from a proven fault on the part of KONEO.
Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the session begins.
In the event of a delay, the session will end at the originally scheduled time so as not to disrupt subsequent reservations. The Client’s delay does not entitle the Client to any extension, price reduction, compensation, or refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, KONEO may deny you access to the session if allowing you to stay would interfere with the venue’s operations or subsequent reservations. The reservation will then be considered a no-show.

The Client remains responsible for any photographs and videos taken using their own equipment.
The Customer must respect the right to one's own image, privacy, and intellectual property rights of other individuals present on the premises.
When KONEO provides or arranges for professional photography or video services, the terms and conditions governing the delivery and use of the content are specified in the corresponding quote or contract.
The decorations, installations, graphic elements, logos, and designs found on the premises remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reservation intended for a film shoot, an advertising campaign, an audiovisual production, or any other commercial use must be reported to KONEO in advance and may be subject to a specific quote.
KONEO does not publish any photographs or videos that could identify a Customer without first obtaining the Customer’s permission.
If the person in question is a minor, consent from their legal representative is required.
The authorization specifies the purposes, media, and, where applicable, the duration and geographic scope of the images' use.
Refusal to authorize the use of one’s image has no impact on the Customer’s access to the reserved services.
7. Protection of personal data

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection policy, which can be accessed here: Personal data protection.
The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, opposition, and erasure provided for by the GDPR.
8. Force majeure

KONEO shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or inability to perform the service resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control that meets the legal criteria for force majeure.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include, among other things, a natural disaster, a fire, a flood, a widespread power outage, an administrative decision, a labor action outside of KONEO, or any event affecting the safety of people and premises.
In the event of a temporary inability to attend, the service may be rescheduled for another available date.
If it becomes permanently impossible to perform the service, the Customer may choose between:
- postponement of the service;
- a credit note valid for 6 months;
- a refund of the amounts paid for the service that was not provided.
No additional compensation or damages shall be payable, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is asked to first submit a written complaint to KONEO:

The complaint must include the Customer's contact information, the reservation reference number, and a sufficiently detailed description of the issue encountered.
The parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.
If an amicable resolution or mediation is not reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of general law.
For business customers only, any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or performance of the contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bobigny, including in cases involving multiple defendants or third-party claims, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Before finalizing their online reservation, the Customer is asked to review these Terms and Conditions and expressly accept them.
Confirmation of the reservation and payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in effect as of the date of the order.
For services provided based on a quote, acceptance of the quote also constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, subject to any special conditions included in the quote.
A Customer making a reservation for multiple participants agrees to inform them of the applicable rules.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to a reservation are those accepted by the Customer on the date of the order or the signing of the quote. Any subsequent amendment to the Terms and Conditions does not apply to reservations that have already been made, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise or a legal provision provides otherwise.
The Customer is advised to keep the confirmation email and a copy of the Terms and Conditions applicable to their reservation.
