GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all services offered by KONEO (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher") to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") via the website https://koneo-studio.fr/ordirectly on site.

KONEO offers various packages:

• access to the Selfie Studio by reservation,

• access to self-service Korean photo booths,

• Privatization of event settings (photo shoots, film shoots, bachelor/bachelorette parties, gender reveal parties, marriage proposals, etc.) based on quote.

Any reservation or use implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Selfie Studio — immersive experience booked in advance, at a fixed time.

2. Korean photo booths — photo booths accessible without reservation, freely available depending on availability.

3. Privatizations & events — photo shoots, film shoots, private events on estimate, with tailored services.

The details of each offer (duration, number of participants, terms and conditions) are specified at the time of booking or quotation.

• Reservations for the Selfie Studio can be made via the Reservation page on our website.

• For private services (photo shoots, film shoots, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.), a quote will be provided after you contact us (via our contact form or by phone). The reservation will be confirmed after you accept the quote and pay a deposit (if required).

• No reservation is required for the photo booths.

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information (identity, contact details, number of participants, etc.) when making a reservation or requesting a quote.

• Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

• Payment is made online or on site according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

• For services provided on a quote basis, the balance is paid according to the agreed terms.

• In the event of non-payment within the agreed time frame, the reservation or event may be canceled without refund.

These conditions are subject to change; they will be reiterated at the time of booking/on the quote.

• Access is granted subject to compliance with the internal regulations (behavior, permitted items, safety, respect for other users).

• The photo booths are self-service; the Customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

• For sessions involving children: children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• KONEO accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to visitors' personal belongings, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the establishment.

• Photos or videos taken by the Customer (selfies, sessions) remain their property.

• If the Customer uses a professional photographer/videographer via KONEO, the usage rights are defined in the quote.

• KONEO reserves the right to use royalty-free images taken on site for its internal or external communications, unless the Client explicitly requests that this not be done.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection policy, which can be accessed here: Personal data protection.

The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, opposition, and erasure provided for by the GDPR.

KONEO cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations due to a force majeure event (strike, natural disaster, power failure, event beyond its control, etc.).

In this case, the service may be postponed or canceled without compensation due to the Customer.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

• In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution.

• Failing this, the competent court shall be that of the jurisdiction where KONEO's registered office is located.

Reserving, purchasing a ticket, or entering the premises constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
